Hello Folks, I am back. I have been so busy. But I want to get back to writing, so this is a start. The good news is that my YOUTUBE channel is now under review. What that means is soon my videos may be making some money. I have made some new decisions about the direction of my channel. Read on to find out:
I am going to cut back on the experimentation, and stick to what I am passionate about: Fermentation, probiotics, and gut health. This includes gluten free/ wheat free and egg free recipes. I will, of course, continue vlogging and I am back to blogging. But my primary focus will be on fermentation and how probiotics support gut health and improve immunity.

Can I simply say what a relief to find somebody who actually understands what
they’re discussing on the internet. You actually understand how to bring
an issue to light and make it important. A lot more people have
to read this and understand this side of your story.
